Crin, as Crinoline is commonly called, is a netting made from polypropylene. It comes in various widths, colours, patterns, and may have metallic threads, be pleated, or even tubular.
Lightweight & Stiff - crin may be manipulated in a variety of ways and is frequently used for making brims and trims, and reinforcing bows.
The fibre is chemically treated to make it stiffer. It will melt and harden but is not dye-able.
This is plain crin - it does *not* have a drawstring already in place.
